Floutier was a French Impressionist and Modern Painter born in Toulouse, France in 1882. He received his first 5 years of artistic training from the School of Fine Arts in Toulouse in the painting workshop of Mr. Laborde.
Painting needs restoration to remove dust and dirt, but otherwise no other damage to the painting or the frame. Priced for sale in its current condition.
