Digby Chandler was a New York State based artist who lived in Hillside, New York. A member of the Society of Brooklyn artists, he exhibited at the 9th annual Brooklyn Society of Artists show in April-May 1925 at Pratt Institute, Brooklyn. He died in Hollis New York.
