Restoration has been a Family Tradition since 1926 when Serge Liros' father Lucas Akliros started cleaning his own old master paintings.Later his wife helped him with the resoration by touching up damaged areas.Their son, Serge Liros gained further restoration expertise at the Doerner Institute in Munich.Serge learned the intricaces of frame restoration including gilding, rebuilding damaged areas, replacing missing portions and toning from his uncle Nicholas Akliros in Berlin, Germany.All restoration is done on the premises under the supervision of Serge Liros.For free estimates and appointments call Liros Gallery at 1(800)287-5370 or email at liros@lirosgallery.com
